When I was working at PayFit as a Design System Engineer the Frog team contacted me to participate to a round table to talk about Design Systems. This event was part of the World Design Systems Week of 2022 and took place in Paris. The purpose was to bring my own experience at PayFit and the experience of Teddy Voisin at Backmarket to answer several questions dedicated the adoption, the usage and the constraints we can face in a company when we are working on a Design System.
